Please be aware that discount coupons and other vouchers issued and distributed by the previous designated management company will no longer be valid after May 1, 2026 (Friday).

Around the time the change in the designated manager of Niimi Chiyaya Onsen was decided, it came to light that the previous designated manager had been providing customers with free bathing tickets that could be used during our designated management period. On the other hand, the previous designated manager did not provide us with any such information. As stated above, discount coupons and other items issued and distributed by the previous designated manager will not be usable from May 1, 2026.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our affected customers, and we appreciate your understanding.

Important information regarding admission

• Bringing food and drinks into the building is strictly prohibited.

• Smoking is prohibited throughout the building. Please smoke only in designated areas.

• We cannot accept any responsibility for accidents, theft, or other incidents that occur inside the building or parking lot.

• Please refrain from attending if you have a contagious or infectious disease.

• Pets are not allowed inside.

Precautions regarding bathing

• Children aged 7 and over, and taller than 120 cm, are not permitted to use the mixed-gender baths.

• Children under elementary school age must be accompanied by a guardian.

The following individuals are prohibited from entering the building and using the baths.

• People with tattoos (including temporary tattoos, prints, and body paintings)

• Intoxicated person

• Guests with long hair are requested to tie their hair back before entering the public bath.
  Hair ties are available for purchase at the front desk.

• We do not allow items other than bathing supplies (towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, soap, and razors) into the bathroom.

• Please refrain from taking photos with your mobile phone or smartphone in the changing rooms and bathrooms.
