*If you have selected the "2-day, 1-night accommodation package + ski set or snowboard set or clothing set" or "2-day, 1-night accommodation package + ski set or snowboard set + clothing set," please download the "Hotel Guest Rental Application Form (EXCEL)," fill it out, convert it to a PDF file, and upload it.

〇About reservations
Your reservation is not complete just by applying online.
If you apply online, our staff will check the details and contact you to confirm.
Your reservation will be completed once we receive your confirmation.
Please be sure to include contact information.
In addition, we generally accept reservations up until the morning of the day before, but due to the need to go through the above procedures, as a guideline, we ask that you make your reservation up to 3 days in advance.
・Weekends and holidays: up to one week in advance
This will enable us to process your request smoothly.
If you have not received any contact from Ibuki-no-Sato Ski Resort within two days of submitting your application, please contact Ibuki-no-Sato Ski Resort by phone (0867-77-2266).
〇 Reception and payment ・This plan requires a reservation and is for two or more people.
・Registration and payment are handled at the ticket counter for groups.
・Please check in and make payment between 8am and 4pm on the day of your visit.
Please note that payment must be made in cash.
・Lift ticket guarantee fee is not included in the price.
A separate lift ticket deposit of 500 yen will be charged per lift ticket.
(Returned when you return your lift ticket)
This plan is not eligible for any discounts.
・Room keys will be given to you at the ticket counter.
・If you lose your room key, we will charge you 600 yen for the actual cost of replacing it.
Please be careful not to lose it.
・Cancellations and changes (including rentals) cannot be made on the day of booking.
Also, no-shows on the day are not permitted.
In the above cases, you will be required to pay the full cancellation fee.
〇Accommodation information ・The accommodation is a simple accommodation facility.
・Check-in time is from 3:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. *Please return your room key to the group reception desk when you check out.
・For use by two or more people, the bath and toilet are outside.
・All rooms are Western-style rooms with two bunk beds per room (maximum of four people per room).
*You will not be sharing a room with other families or groups.
・The following amenities are provided:
・Toothbrush ・Towel ・Shampoo ・Conditioner ・Body soap ・Smoking is prohibited throughout the building. If you smoke indoors, you will be charged 200,000 yen per room as an interior renovation and cleaning fee.
・Bathing hours are from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
The TV is shared.
・Bringing skis, snowboards, etc. into the accommodation is prohibited.
Please leave it in the designated area within the ski resort (luggage storage area for overnight guests in front of the center house).
・Please be quiet in the shared spaces.
・Please be quiet inside the room after 10pm.
・Please keep your valuables in your own care.
Dining area: Dining is at the restaurant inside the center house.
[Dinner] From 5pm ・Please choose from the following dinner options when booking.
・Sukiyaki ・Seafood hotpot ・Chiya beef shabu-shabu (+2,500 yen per person)
*As a general rule, each group can only choose one type of pot.
[Breakfast] 8:00 to 10:00 Please come to the kitchen counter.

*Drinks are charged separately.
*Customers who make a reservation the day before can only choose sukiyaki for dinner.

Important Notices and General Information
○This plan is available only on weekdays (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, New Year's holidays, and certain other days).
○This plan requires a reservation. Reservations must be made online.
*The package price does not include a lift ticket guarantee fee. A separate lift ticket guarantee fee of 500 yen will be charged.
(Refund after returning the lift ticket)
○Changes to rental reservations can only be made up until the morning of the day before your visit.
If you would like to change the size after that, please let us know at the time of rental. Please note that it may take some time to accommodate your request.
○Cancellations on the day are not possible. (Cancellation fee is 100%)
○This plan does not include gloves, goggles, hats, helmets, etc.
This plan can only be used by the applicant and cannot be split between friends.
Conditions cannot be changed.
○This plan cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts.
*If you wish to use the Ibuki Liner, which connects Niimi Station and Ibuki-no-Sato Ski Resort, you will need to make a separate reservation.

*This plan does not apply on Sundays, public holidays, or special days. (See calendar)
○ Plans B and C require reservations. Please apply by fax by the morning of the previous day.
Please note that plan A can be accepted on the day.
○ There are limitations on the size of rentals available for the special pack. Please make your reservation early.
○Meals are limited menu (curry, ramen, or udon).
*The above prices do not include lift ticket guarantee fees.
A separate lift ticket deposit of 500 yen will be charged (refunded when the lift ticket is returned).
○Please present proof of residency in Niimi City or a student enrollment certificate.
○This plan does not apply to events.
*This plan is for individuals only and cannot be used by groups.
○Please check in at the group ticket counter on the 2nd floor of the Center House.
This plan cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts.
○Free changing rooms available. Please use coin lockers (fees apply) for storing your luggage.
