Ibuki-no-Sato Ski Resort is open and thriving today (February 6, 2026)!
The photo is of the slopes taken just before 8am this morning.
It's been warm for the past few days, including today, but there's still snow!
Snow is forecast for tomorrow and the day after tomorrow as well!
According to tenki.jp's forecast, it won't be too bad on Saturday, but it will likely be a light flurry during business hours. On the other hand, it looks like it will be snowing heavily on Sunday.
Until today, you have been able to come to the event with normal tires, but tomorrow and the day after tomorrow, please be careful and come with winter tires.
