Maintenance of the cableway facilities was carried out during the summer, with inspections being carried out before and during the season, led by the cableway technical manager.
Before operating the lift each day, we conducted a pre-operation inspection and test run to ensure safety for our customers.
When complaints or problems occurred, we gathered everyone involved in the cableway to hold safety meetings, made the problems and countermeasures known, and worked to ensure safer operations at all times.
At boarding and disembarking points, we made every effort to ensure safe operation by providing guidance and slowing down the carriages to ensure passengers could board and disembark safely.
We operated while paying close attention to changes in weather conditions such as strong winds and poor visibility.

We will continue to prioritize safety, and will thoroughly inspect the equipment daily by our staff and by the manufacturer, and will promptly address any areas that require repairs.
We will also work to ensure that each and every employee is always aware of and able to act on safety.
