11月から朝食が新しくなりました! 湯豆腐の温かい和朝食で元気な1日を

おはようございます。新見千屋温泉いぶきの里です。

本日11月1日(日)も、11時より営業いたします。

今日から11月。朝晩の冷え込みが一段と深まってきました。

11月から、ご宿泊のお客様にお出しする朝食が新しくなりました。写真が、その新しい朝食です。

主役は、卓上のこんろで温める湯豆腐です。昆布だしでふっくらと温めたお豆腐に、しゃきしゃきの水菜としいたけを添えました。ポン酢につけて、あつあつのうちにお召し上がりください。

お膳には、大根おろしを添えてふっくら焼き上げた焼き鮭と、やさしい味わいのだし巻き玉子。青菜と油揚げの煮浸し、焼き海苔、梅干しとお漬物、デザートのフルーツまで、ほっとする和の朝ごはんをそろえています。炊きたてのご飯と、わかめとお麩のお味噌汁は、おかわり自由です。

寒くなるこれからの季節、湯気の立つ温かい朝ごはんで体の芯から温まり、元気いっぱいに1日をスタートしていただけたらうれしいです。ご宿泊の際は、ぜひ朝の食卓もお楽しみください。

【ハロウィーンイベント開催中】「仮装でおトク!ハロウィーン写真コンテスト」は11月3日(火・祝)までです。仮装して写真撮影にご協力いただくと、入浴料が大人(中学生以上)500円、小学生以下無料になります。「ハロウィーンにーみんを探せ!」は11月16日(月)まで開催中です。※11月3日(火・祝)文化の日は営業いたします。

進入11月,早晚的寒意越來越明顯了。

從11月起,我們為住宿貴賓提供的早餐全新登場。照片就是新的早餐。

主角是放在桌上小爐加熱的湯豆腐。以昆布高湯溫熱的豆腐,搭配爽脆的水菜與香菇。請沾上醬汁,趁熱享用。

餐盤上還有附蘿蔔泥、烤得恰到好處的烤鮭魚,以及味道溫和的高湯煎蛋卷、青菜油豆皮煮浸、烤海苔、梅乾與醬菜,還有飯後水果,是一份令人安心的日式早餐。剛煮好的白飯與海帶芽麩味噌湯,都可以免費續添。

在逐漸轉涼的季節,希望大家能用熱騰騰的早餐從身體深處暖和起來,元氣滿滿地展開一天。住宿時,也請好好享受早晨的餐桌。

Good morning from HOT SPRING RESORT IBUKINOSATO!

We will be open today, Sunday, November 1, from 11:00 AM.

November is here, and the mornings and evenings are getting noticeably colder.

Starting this month, we have renewed the breakfast served to our overnight guests. The photo shows our new breakfast.

The star is yudofu, tofu gently warmed in kombu broth on a tabletop burner, served with crisp mizuna greens and shiitake mushrooms. Dip it in the sauce and enjoy it piping hot.

The tray also includes grilled salmon with grated daikon, a gently seasoned rolled omelet (dashimaki tamago), simmered greens with fried tofu, toasted nori, pickled plum and pickles, and fresh fruit for dessert. It is a comforting Japanese breakfast. Refills of freshly cooked rice and miso soup with wakame and wheat gluten are free.

As the weather turns colder, we hope this warm, steaming breakfast will warm you to the core and help you start your day full of energy. When you stay with us, please enjoy your morning meal.

[Halloween Events Underway]Our “Dress Up and Save! Halloween Photo Contest” runs until Tuesday, November 3 (national holiday). Come in costume and join our photo shoot to bathe for 500 yen (adults, junior high and older) or free (elementary school age and younger).“Find the Halloween Niimin!” continues until Monday, November 16.*We will be open on Tuesday, November 3 (Culture Day).
